Frequently Asked Questions

TICKETS

How do I buy a ticket for the festival?

You can buy your tickets online here or in person from Easterbrook Hall during normal working hours.

I have lost or can’t find my ticket in email account, what do I do?

Don’t worry, you can go onto the Ticket Tailor website and reprint your ticket. If you have any issues, please just contact info@yellowlabevents.co.uk and we will help you.

The ticket isn’t in my name — is that okay?

Yes, if you bought multiple tickets together, it’s best to arrive as a group. If that’s not possible, bring your own ID and have the contact details of the named ticket holder handy. Each ticket has a unique barcode and can only be used once.

I am no longer able to attend. Can I get a refund?

All tickets are non-refundable except in the event of the festival being cancelled in its entirety and it is not re-scheduled.  Please refer to our ticket terms and conditions for full details.

Are carer tickets available?

Yes, once you have purchased a ticket for the person/persons you are caring for, carer tickets can be obtained from The Crichton Trust at Easterbrook Hall and will be issued free of change to those able to show proof of carer ID at the time of collection.

To request a complimentary essential companion ticket, please provide a copy of a recent PIP/DLA award letter, Blue Badge, Access Card (+1 symbol), or other evidence that demonstrates you require support to attend the event.
